Straight forward ordering process
Once your account has been approved we will provide you with our business display kit which contains example jewellery worth over £500, leaflets, ring sizers and ashes collection kits. (Jewellery designs for display may differ from example shown)
Orders can be placed via our website - you'll be given a trade discount code to access your reduced trade price at checkout, or you can call or email us and we will create the order for you.
Our typical turnaround time is 7 -14 days from receiving the ashes at our workshop.
(Some custom made new designs or bespoke sizes will be around 6 weeks)
Orders can be returned directly to you by tracked and signed for delivery for you to present to your client or we can send orders directly to your client if you wish.
