How We Make Your Jewellery
 

  1. Order Online - Choose your design     and place your order securely through our website.

 2. Send Us a Small Amount of Ashes or a Lock of Hair - We will send you a free pack to return the ashes or hair, along with a ring sizer if required.

All packs are clearly labelled and handled with the utmost care, respect, and security. Each piece is created individually, ensuring your precious ashes or hair are always handled separately and with complete dignity.

3. We Handcraft Your Jewellery - Your custom piece is carefully handcrafted with respect, care, and love. We keep you updated throughout the process—from receiving your order to completing your piece—and we’ll send you photos of your finished jewellery.

4. Receive Your Keepsake - Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged with an authenticity certificate, any unused ashes or hair, and a polishing cloth. Everything is securely packaged and returned via Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery.

Shipping Policy 
We aim to dispatch non personalised items and those that dont contain ashes, hair etc,  within 3 working days (usually the next working day). These items are dispatched with a standard royal mail tracked service
 
**Please note due to current GPSR guidelines, we are unable to ship orders to EU countries)

For personalised items and those containing ashes hair etc we aim to dispatch with 10 working days of us receiving your inclusion pack  (with the exception to custom designs which are made to order and can be up to 8 weeks - please see item description)

Items containing ashes, hair etc are all sent by tracked and signed 48 service with royal mail (this can be upgraded to 24 service or special next day delivery if preferred).

Return Policy
For items that are personalized, such as those encapsulating ashes, hair, or other unique elements, we adhere to a policy where returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. This is due to the personalized nature of these products, which makes them unsuitable for resale.

However, for other memorial items that are not personalized and are more gift-style, we do accept returns within the standard 14-day period, provided they are returned in their original condition.
